Sale begins 9:00am with no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax exempt please be prepared to provide current tax exempt certificate. All sales are as is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. We will be accepting cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express with valid picture ID.
Listing Information

 Hickory Hill Auctions and the Country Store will be holding a two day Estate Sale located three miles east of Lee, Florida.  We will be selling off the contents of a two story home and garage as the family prepares to sell this portion of the property.  Furniture, new in the box items, tools, large commercial box fan, fishing tackle, antique plows, artwork, vintage toys, and much more to be sold.  Pictures will be posted through out the week of the sale, so check back often.  The exact address will be released the Wednesday before the start of the sale.  Doors will open each day at 9:00am with no early admittance.  Call 850-228-5228 for more information.  We hope to see you there!
