Household contents of late antique collector and restorer. Photos shown were taken prior to the staging of the home. Family will be conducting the estate sale on the second day. More items to be added on second day.  Snow date for second day is March 11.
1. Living Room Contents: Loveseat sofa, arm chair, converted sewing tables, Eastlake table, commode cabinet, assorted metal decorative items (figurals, steins, etc.), assorted decoys, assorted ceramic figurals, scales, electronics, drop leaf coffee table, Oriental rug, wall & mantel clocks, books, records, assorted antique coffee grinders, lamps, wall décor, etc.
2. Dining Room Contents: China cabinet/hutch with contents, distressed pine dining table with mis-matched chairs, assorted white ironstone serving pieces, washstand cabinet, pitcher and washbasin sets, Oriental rug, barrister bookcase filled with assorted ceramic figurines, clock, toile tray, wall décor, etc.
3. Den: Numerous books on shelves, Oriental-style rug, distressed base of sideboard, antique oak chest of drawers, converted sewing table, decorated commode cabinet, wood box, electronics, etc.
4. Bedroom Contents/Upstairs: Master bedroom contents to include triple dresser with mirror, two chest of drawers, bookcase with books, flat screen TV, lamps, assorted sterling items, contents of drawers and closets, electronics, wall décor, hallway items (crockery, jardinière, small chest of drawers, etc.), Storage: Assorted chairs, rolling pins, scales, books of stamps, washboard, painted milk can, printers drawer, painted dresser, white cast iron twin bed head & foot boards, prints, assorted pieces of furniture (chairs, tables, etc.), boxes of bric-a-brac, etc.
5. Finished Attic: Scales, exercise weight set, wood headboard, chest of drawers, antlers, wood yoke, chairs, brass eagle, fishing tackle, assorted Mickey Mouse items, mantel clock, etc.
6. Kitchen: Common items found in a kitchen; such as, pots and pans plus other cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, marble-top dinette, small appliances, etc.
