The items are located in a gated and secured location. Appointment is needed for entry. Everything is released at “as is” and “where is” condition. And all sales are final. When planning your pickup, please allow sufficient time to pack and move your items before the end time. Please bring up any questions or concerns to administrator on site. By departing from the pickup site, you are acknowledging that you have all items and that they are to your satisfaction. No item is released until it is paid for. 3. There is only a one-day pick up window. Please be sure you are able to pick the item up before bidding. 4. Please bring prove of sale and ID for the pickup. 5. If you can’t make the pickup window, please call ahead to make special pickup arrangements before bidding. This is the second part of the same auction conducted earlier for an old home located in Portola valley. Due to some unforeseen condition, there was a unfortunate disruption to the original pickup schedule. As result, some of the previously sold items couldn’t be picked up.
