WE ACCEPT ALL CARDS, checks with good ID, and Cash! Please note, due to valuable items offered, security will be onsite during sale and before sale. No early entry! Staff will carry all valuable and display items including jewelry, sterling, fine china and crystal, etc to the cashier for you. PLEASE bring help to load large items.
We appreciate pickups after 3:00 PM first day of sale if possible, and after 2:00 on Sunday. Not responsible for accidents, always watch your step and take care. It is one level with two steps down into the garage . Wheelchair access can be accommodated through side patio entry. Very steep driveway!
For your convenience, we provide sold tags at the door and always available from staffers for the Saturday and Sunday morning opening "rushes". Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item(s) and leave in place, a runner will gladly take to cashier's holding tables for you. All valuable smalls and jewelry will be bagged and taken to the cashier holding for you by our staff. If books and paper are NOT priced on the outside, they are priced in pencil. Books on the inside page.
NO discounts first day, everything is priced very reasonably for first day sale. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a BID the first day on items you are interested in but want to offer a lower price. BID boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. Be sure and leave your phone number. Bids are a great way to protect your "willing to pay" price from a second day discount to another buyer. The Second day is our fun DISCOUNT day where All is negotiable and much is 50% off. Bids can also be left on our email avaluequest@gmail.com or you can call in to purchase after the sale opens. (541-221-2191). Email in bids or questions prior to the sale at avaluequest@gmail.com.
Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name. We provide free labels to tag items you want to purchase. Runners will deliver your small items and large item information to check out holding area for you at the cashier area. Be SURE to check to make sure all your items are there at the Cashier table when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces from the home.
