This auction is for two units owner by the same tenant. His tenant is not delinquent, he just wants to sell the entire contents of his two lockers. The sale will be conducted in the same manner as a storage lien sale, with some exceptions.

The Tenant will be present at the sale to answer any questions bidders may have. If tenant agrees bidders may enter the unit to get a better look at its contents. 

Units will be auctioned individually and bidder will be buying entire contents of the unit.

sale is cash only and bidders may not leave to get more cash, please come with cash ready. 

Tenant has the right to reject/refuse any and all bids. Tenant may have a minimum for each unit. Again this is not a tenant that is in the lien process. 

At the end of the sale winning bidders will pay the stoarge facility, and may then put there own lock on the unit.

Unit is to be cleaned out by Saturday March 4th or you may rent the unit at its normal rate. entire contents must be removed.
