If we have to hold items, wait for checks to clear, wait for additional payments, or incur additional time and costs including returning to estate for pick up of items, then the buyer's premium will be 25%. For anyone wishing to check out prior to the end of auction, the Buyer's Premium will be 25%. If there are items in your won lot that you do not wish to take with you, please see Tim Chapulis, Auctioneer to discuss.

The auction will be held in a walk around fashion. Bidding will be from area to area, following the auctioneer, Tim Chapulis. This is a very efficient manner that benefits both buyers and sellers, with average estate contents auction taking under 3 hours to complete from start to finish. Check out time for all winning bidders will begin at the completion of the auction.

Do not block cars, mailboxes or driveways and make sure your tires aren’t parked on the lawn. Park on one side of the road only. Please bring your own boxes and packaging materials. Please leave large purses, bags, and backpacks in your vehicle.

Dining room set, including Hitchcock chairs, flat screen TV, 3 nice American Flyer oak stenciled children's sleds, round table with four matching oak press back chairs, wicker tables, 2 glass currier cabinets with mirror backs and adjustable glass shelves. Glass paperweight collection, mahogany hutch with 2 door glass top and 1 drawer 2 door lower base, crested finial (has broken finial on top) loaded with stemware and China sets. Washer and dryer, nice refrigerator, freezer, mahogany Spinet piano with bench. Smalls, Holiday items, garage items, tools, ladders, wheelbarrow, wooden skis, 2 child's metal lunch boxes, floor standing jewelry case, closet contents, cabinet contents, brand new windowless air conditioner.
