This is a real rustic barn with no heat and minimal electricity. PLEASE DRESS WARMLY.

WHAT TO EXPECT: an upper barn, a lower barn, the first floor and cellar of an old stone farmhouse full of stuff. Special visitors: April is bringing LOTS of raw antique ceiling tile, and two neighbors have been invited to bring their antiques to sell. Green Leaf Grocery is a new little organic grocery store in Watertown. In order to promote their business, I have invited them to sell their foodies. They are all here as my personal guests, not as paying vendors or anything.

LOCATION OF SALE: W5906 County Road CW, Watertown, WI, 53098.

I am located between Milwaukee and Madison, about 15 minutes north of I94 (via Hwy 26). If you are heading north or west, I recommend you ignore your GPS and exit at County Road F and not Hwy 26. It will save you 15 minutes of drive time.

This is a private estate sale with lots of stuff and I expect to be very busy, so PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH YOUR OWN TOTE BAGS AND TENDER PATIENCE. You may discover some items without price tags on them; feel free to ask if they are for sale and how much.

PRICES ARE CHEAPER THAN ANY AUCTION AND HOVER NEAR THRIFT STORE PRICING.

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST WITH YOUR OUT OF TOWN FRIENDS AND FAMILY. We may be 'out there', but the better, older, uncommon stuff is further away from the cities – and way cheaper too. So cheap that I bet you'd save enough money to actually stay in a hotel overnight. Ask the hotel manager if they offer a special rate for VINTAGE SHOP HOP WEEKEND.
