  This week we have a great high-end estate sale in Lake Highlands packed with over 40 years of collecting.  We have Waterford and Stuart crystal, Limoges, Henredon furniture, quilts galore; two king bed sets and two queen bed sets, electronics, lots and lots of Asian items, Staffordshire figurines and awesome Jewelry (including precious metals & silverware).  We will be distributing separate numbers for the upscale jewelry area, so please be patient if you’re interested in these items.  Also; we are asking that some of the larger items be picked up on Saturday after 2:00 pm – thank you.  This sale has many fabulous items, so come early for the best selection.  Remember; we will limit the number of people in the house and we’ll distribute sequential numbers to those waiting to enter.  Thanks!

   Entry Hall / Living Room / Dining Room / Check Out – features a vintage table clock, an awesome entry piece with glass inserts with a nice burled wood base and shelf.  We have lots of Asian items including vases, plates and an awesome Asian Lady statue.  We have a nice beveled framed mirror with lots of smaller framed pictures.  We have plants in pots and a nice area rug.  The checkout desk features Limoges, Sterling and some Gold jewelry.  We’ll distribute sequential numbers to potential customers and serve only one person at a time.  We have pocket watches, sterling s/p shakers, a compote, and bowl.  We have a sterling silver flatware set and other serving pieces.  We have necklaces bracelets, pins and earrings.  We have two Henredon Asian style buffets.  They’re “like new” and are a light cream color.  We have some nice brass items, along with some nice silver plate items.  We have a nice English-style side table / writing desk with drawer.  We have a Barley Twist long table that when closed is a sofa table and when open is a dining table.  It folds open and slides to make it into a dining table – a fascinating piece!  We have assorted crystal items - large and small votive candle holders, tall candle holders, serving dishes, bowls platters, a round cake/bowl (very unusual), and crystal clocks, and crosses.  We have a nice silk screen with willow tree and blue birds.  We have a nice tall square plant stand with a large Asian planter.  We have three lady vintage framed pictures, and a flatware storage chest with drawers.  We have two wood flatware storage boxes.  One is empty and one has a set of silver plate flatware.  We have two black side chairs, some fancy down pillows, and an Asian style waste container.  We have a large double lighted glass shelf unit with plate grooves that serves as a storage unit / hutch / curio.  This is an awesome piece and in “like new” condition.  We have there types of Waterford crystal goblets / glasses, an ice container, decanter, pitcher and more.  We have some vintage pink depression pieces china, platters, and serving pieces.  We have some small evening bags and four mink jackets.  One is deep brown mink, and two are blond mink.  One has a fox collar.  We also have a light brown mink cape.  We also have a dark brown mink collar and matching hat.  We have an oval English Drop Leaf table with Barley Twist legs in awesome condition.  Then we have two side tables with Marble tops.  Each has a single drawer with shelf in great condition.  We have a large tall buffet with drawers (great for linens).  We have a nice collection of Blue and White dishes.  Some are very old, so come early for the best selection.  We have two matching smaller accent lamps with shades (BNI) and two different Asian lamps with shades (BNI).  We also have a large base Barley Twist plant stand.  There is a hanging carved wood clock (no name) in great condition.  We also have an antique double door oak cupboard in great condition.  These rooms are packed and we reserve the right to limit the number of people in the area.  Thanks!

   Kitchen / Eating Area – features an iron-base table with round glass table top and four iron chairs with cushions.  We have a vintage tall wood chair, planters and other items in the window.  We have assorted dishes, serving bowls, platters, glass items, and ceramic items.  We have two knife sets with blocks, Fiesta bowls, glass plates, glasses, and cups, Christmas cups/glasses, serving buffet items, a chafing dish, interesting rooster and hen cups and some 1950’s items.  There is an Oster toaster oven; Black and Decker can opener / knife sharpener, Cuisinart coffee maker.  We have lots of dishes, glasses and cups along with some baking pans.  There are pie plates, and Pyrex bakers, a flatware set, and utensils.  We also have cookie cutters, measuring cups, small roaster and various cutting boards.  We have assorted pans and fry pans, hot plates and other utensils.  There are also vintage goblets and a juice/tea set.  We have a crockpot and green storage jars.  Come early for the best selection.

   Family Room – features a very nice Asian electronic component cabinet in excellent condition with gold accents.  We have a nice collection of Asian plates, bowls, vases and ginger jars.  We have a lot of interesting brass items and a brass & glass sculptured coffee table with “white wash” barley twist base.  We have a nice three cushion sofa in a soft floral design and two matching club chairs.  There are two awesome Asian accent wool area rugs.  We have some awesome bar items, lots of brass items, nice bird houses and some interesting books.  We have dozens of CDs and some DVDs along with stereo equipment (components); like Pioneer, Sony, and more.  We have three flatscreen TVs, an Aiwa stereo with speakers, books and Wi-Fi components.  We have flower arrangements, a large Fichus tree in a great Asian pot, a wonderful executive office chair, and an awesome Henredon lighted display, fold down desk/secretary, with bottom storage.  This is a very large two piece in excellent “like new” condition.  We have a large lighted double wide two door curio cabinet.  This piece also is in great “like new” condition with glass shelves with plate grooves and two hidden door pulls.  We have a sofa table, a punch bowl set, glasses and shot glasses, tiffany style lamps (BNI), and lots of collectables including a Staffordshire Little Red Riding Hood 1880’s flower vase.  We also have Staffordshire white figurines a marriage couple and two stature of men on horses.  We have two large wood carved and signed wood heads (one male and one female).  There are lots of framed art and vintage pieces staged throughout the room.

  Large Master Bedroom – features a great king size bed with a nice Serta mattress and box spring.  We have a great carved wood headboard and rails.  We have a low coffee table/bench with drawer.  We have lots of interesting purses (some are brand names).  We have belts, hankies, socks, and nylons.  We have a cute rattan love seat with lots of pillows.  We have bedding; comforters, spreads, blankets, down comforters, Euro pillows, pillows, bed pillows, and area rugs.  We have lots of ladies shoes, flats, heels, sandals, and slippers.  We have clutch purses, wallets, and coin purses.  There are ladies clothes with brand names including St. Johns, Niemen Marcus, Ralph Lauren, Chico’s’, Liz Claiborne, Escada, Ellen Tracy and more.  We have suits, pant suits, pants, skirts, blouses, vests, and jackets.  We also have some long after five dresses.  There is a wedding dress in its original cleaned box (with vail).  We have a dark double dresser with mirror and a dark wood night stand.  We have a maple double dresser with detached mirror and a smaller maple dresser.  There is a tall Asian table lamp with shade (BNI) and assortment of framed pictures and mirrors.  There are wash, hand and bath towels.  We also have silk, cotton, and wool scarves.  Be sure to come early for the best selection.  The hall has many framed posters and print pictures.

   Back Corner Bedroom – features men’s clothing including shirts, pants, shorts, shoes, jackets, and suits.  We also have a king Sterns and Foster mattress and box spring (gentle firm) and two queen mattresses and box springs.  We have a Queen headboard and footboard with rails, and another set of queen rails.  We also have two Twin-size maple head and footboards with rails.  We have lots of quilts, quilt pillows, quilted rocking horse, and quilted throw pillows.  One closet has lots of shelves full of bedding; sheet sets for king, queen, full and twin.  We have a quilt rack and a wood laundry basket.  There is also a white wood bench.  We have blankets and throw pillows.  In the closet on the shelves we have office items, knick-knacks, bedding, and Easter items.  There is a small file cabinet / side table and some sewing notions and baskets.  We also have lots of playing cards and a file folder roll-around.  We have a round table with glass top, and a white Jewelry box and other smaller boxes. 

   Bathroom / Hall – features night wear; pajamas and gowns along with robes.  There are vanity mirrors, mirrored table trays, a large wood jewelry box, and some cosmetics.  We have a blood pressure monitor and a vintage humidifier.  There is a wicker shelf and a wood bench (vanity chair).  We have perfumes, sprays, and shampoos.  There is a hair dryer, pill dispensers, hot curlers, and clothing lint removers.

   Utility Room – features lots of candles, plastic containers, and aprons.  There is a Dirt Devil vacuum, an ironing board, and a Hoover vacuum.  We have boxes of glasses, a Maytag Neptune front load Washer and Dryer, and a Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer.  We also have some cleaning products and irons.  There are some copper items and vases and a brass and wicker containers.

   Large Double Garage – features a large rock collection and lots of items for dogs.  We have old brass and iron items, hand tools, hardware, and storage containers.  We have planters, baskets, frames, wood items, and coolers.  We have a Gold’s Gym Exercise Bike with a plug and play sound system – Power Spin 210.  We also have a rustic storage armoire with shelves and drawers.  We have assorted gift bags and Christmas items galore.  We have lots of angels, nativity sets, Santa’s, snowmen and nut-crackers.  We have an old chest of drawers (needs some love) and a nice bear collection.  We have figurine carolers, a collection of crosses, gift boxes, tins, and wreaths.  We have storage shelving, some tables, and outdoor chairs.  There are folding chairs, a gift wrapping station, ribbon, and a Tunturi Ergoneter (W) Finland - Exercise Bike.  We have two vintage folding tables, dog crates, fans, baskets, telephones, a small table, a vintage chair, a cat litter house, and much more.
