This home is complete with: Chatham Oaks dinning room table and matching china cabinet, handmade signed Gutnik painting, Hekman glasstop coffee, wooden Hooker kitchen table, multiple Lladro, rainbow glass bowls, a Stanton Cooper love seat and matching couch, green porcelain antique lamps from Thailand, a rolling buffet cart, an antique Drexel bar/buffet, a framed mirror from Spain, lemon glass set, Crystal glasses bowls and vases, porcelain limoge pieces, Bavaria plates, Lenox, Bohemia Crystal vases. We also have a wooden glasstop coffee table, two vintage arm chairs, two vintage table chairs, a love seat, a small display case, an entertainment stand for a tv, hand painted decoy ducks, two hand painted vases from Iran, purses, hand bags, and wallets, handmade areas rugs, handmade prayer rugs throughout the home, vintage style floor lamps and table lamps. For the sewing enthusiasts we have quite a few boxes filled with cloth material, needles, buttons, pins, and other common sewing items. We have a variety of shoes, woman's sweaters, coats, long sleeve and short sleeve shirts, blouses, dresses, night gowns, and much more! We also have multiple vintage sun hats. More furniture includes a Berkeley & Gay Dresser with a matching mirror, a bedside table, a large bookshelf with drawers, a white couch, a wooden chest with bamboo art on it, we have a small wooden Lebus nightstand. For outdoor items we have a wide variety of potted plants, succulents, flowers, pots, gardening tools, a white patio set, and few rod iron stands, pesticides, plant food, and fertilizer The house is filled with other common household items such as pots, pans, silverware sets, kitchenware, brooms, household chemicals and cleaners, hand tools, home hardware, the home is packed full with other items you'll have to come and see yourself! Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale. Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored.
