Margaret Rosenberg was a UF education alumna (BAE ’49, MEd ’52), a fifth-generation Florida native and a 1939 graduate of P.K. Yonge Developmental Research School.  After 32 years of work as a teacher, principal and administrator, Rosenberger still worked for the children until the end.  She wrote poetry since she the age of 10. Even at 90, she published her latest book of poetry, “A Guide: Ways to Succeed,” to sway troubled elementary students away criminal tendencies and toward a more positive future.

This was just the latest of the great works of Margaret Rosenberg, who wrote 13 poetry books played piano and wrote the well-known composition, "ST. AUGUSTINE SONG", and who was a pillar to Florida communities including Gainesville, St. Augustine, Micanopy, etc.

Besides the contents of Ms. Rosenberg's home, many pieces of her own works will be offered at this sale. 

Ms. Rosenberg had GREAT TASTE!  This house is FULL of everything from primitives to mid-century and Danish Modern.
