ESTATE SALE OF LEGAL SECRETARY.   March 24th is open for appointments only 9:00am-1:00pm.  2:00-4:00 will be open without appointment.  March 25th starting at 9:00 without appointment.  We will begin  taking appointments on March 20th at 9:00am.  If you can't get through right away, please continue trying.  Please do not leave message. Because there is a lot of furniture in this home, we have asked someone to be on site  to be available to assistance with moving and delivering of large furniture for a fee.  That will be negotiated between the person assisting and the purchaser.  Cochran & Anderson is not responsible or liable.  We suggest you bring help.

This is the Estate of a fine Southern Lady who enjoyed and appreciated fine things. The items are in very good condition.   Some of the finer things are items such as Drexel Furniture, a collection of Thomas Kinkade paintings, crystal, hand quilting, needlepoint,  tuperware, corningware, custom framing, patio furniture, lazyboy, just to mention a few.
