PAYMEMT TERMS: All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Cash, credit card, certified check, or personal check/company checks if they are accompanied by a guarantee from your bank. No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 15% administrative fee will be charged to all item(s) selling.

SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt you MUST BRING a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number or you will be charged sales tax.

INSPECTION:
Friday, March 24th from 10 am - 2 pm

REMOVAL & LOADING: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction and removed by Monday, March 27th.
