All sales are final and everything is being sold as is, where is, and with all faults. There are no guarantees or warranties whatsoever.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred at the sale site. We accept cash, checks with proper identification, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. An 8.25% sales tax will apply to all purchases. There will be some boxes/packing materials available, however, due to the large amount of dishes/glassware, it would be best to bring your own. Please bring help and the proper equipment if you have any interest in purchasing heavy equipment such as the riding lawnmowers and/or diesel storage tank. Sign up sheet will be available at 8:30 a.m. each day. |
