Listing Information

Here we are back in Richardson with a house packed downstairs and up. It is a clean home with beautiful offerings of all sorts.  There are many “collections” to include crosses, bunnys, miniature vehicles, perfume bottles and pitchers just to name a few.  Lighthouses can be found on plates and stand alone figures.  Pink Depression glass is beautifully displayed in a lighted antique cabinet.  There are many hobnail pieces but you’ll get a kick out of the shoe collection.  Every color you can imagine.  There are vintage hand embroidered pillow cases and crocheted doilies that look new, just as the mid-century tablecloths and linens do.

There are many sets of stemware with beautiful floral patterns; there is pressed glass serving pieces and mid-century green tableware. You fall in love immediately with the amber colored Carnival glass goblets and water pitcher. Glass pieces in every shape and size and color can be found.  There is truly something to suit everyone’s taste.  There is a set of china, Narumi from Japan and a beautiful set of Mikasa – Heritage F2010 in the Capistrano pattern.  We also have two sets of flatware by 1847 Rogers Bros.

There are cameras from antique to digital and a Wizard sewing machine in great condition.  The Boy Scout uniforms are barely worn but what you are really wanting are the flight suits, you know which ones.  The green suit has its Military Airlift Command patch.  A prized possession no doubt.

There is a wonderful children’s rocking chair and side chair.  They are currently being occupied by stuffed bears but that’s not a problem.  While you’re checking out the kid’s furniture, please be mindful and the sleeping baby.  He gets a little grumpy if he doesn’t get his sleep.

The antique mantle clock is displayed in a beautifully carved wooden housing.  There are also several Anniversary clocks that would add to any collection.  There is a pair of brass bookends with a majestic eagle on each.  They certainly make you sit up and take notice.  But don’t let them overshadow the bronze baby shoes.  Something you just don’t see much of anymore.

We also have costume jewelry at this sale.  Perfect since we have a vintage ladies jewelry box and a ladies jewelry armoire.
