TERMS OF AUCTION

The property in today's auction will be offered by the Auctioneer as an agent for the Seller, governed by the terms and conditions listed below.

1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind. Care has been taken to adequately describe lots being offered for sale, but Buyers are advised to inspect all lots before bidding to determine condition, size, quantity, and/or suitability prior to bidding.

2. The highest bidder shall be deemed the purchaser by the Auctioneer. Should any dispute arise between the two or more recognized bidders, the article or articles being sold may be immediately put up for resale
at the option of the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer/Clerk record of sale shall be deemed accurate and correct in all matters.

3. When an item is declared sold by the Auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and said item remains on the premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from auction premises within 10 days.

4. A 10% Buyer's premium will be added to the highest bid price to determine the FINAL SELLING PRICE of each lot sold.

5. A bid at an auction is a contract and by placing a bid in this auction the Buyer acknowleges and accepts these terms and conditons. No bidder shall retract their bid.
