We hope everyone had an AWESOME Thanksgiving and a safe Black Friday! We had signed our next sale nearly a year ago and have been talking it up almost six months but finally, it has arrived!! Our next great clients moved out into their smaller and more manageable new home then gave us the keys instructing us to ‘sell it ALL’ so they can get the house on the market! This week we’ll be in North Dallas just on the Addison/Dallas Border with one of our bigger sales to start wrapping up the year with. We'll be tucked off the beaten just a few blocks east of Montfort and south of Belt Line Road.. make sure you put this one on the list of 'musts' this weekend! There will be an entire 7000 sqft house FULL!!

Can you believe how fast the year is flying by!? We're booking into the New Year with some fantastic sales through Fall and into Winter! Keep your eyes out for some truly fun and unique estates!!

This week’s Sale is in a neighborhood with ‘No Street Parking’ posted virtually EVERYWHERE, however, we have spoken with The City of Addison have been told there is a MORATORIUM on citations from Thanksgiving through Christmas. We have our usual DPD Officer with us this week and have requested an additional City Officer for street patrol and parking control. We have been told by the city and our homeowner ‘event’ parking would be available. Thank you!

** ATTENTION!! This is a multiple level home with stairs and NO elevator! Please, be prepared to go up/down several flights of stairs. Separately, please bring sufficient help for handling/carrying LARGE, HEAVY items and furniture pieces. It is NOT our responsibility to move such objects. • Beautiful pair of outdoor polished marble vases on the front entry (67”Tx20”W).. WOW. A show stopping 19th Century Renaissance Revival “Buffet a Deux Corps” is the first thing your eyes will focus on once you walk in and then to the left a Silver French Rococo style entry table with stone top. A GIANT Teak Root Ball decorates the top of a Multi Veneer contemporary round accent table by VANUCCI at the base of the stairs.  

• Beautiful crystal chandeliers in the entry, dining room and in HER master closet are available.. all are by SCHONBEK & two are part of the "Trillion Collection".. if you need that special piece for your own home stop by and check these two out. 

• At the front table definitely one of the LARGEST carved Asian bovine bone boat we've ever seen! Ornately carved with fine details and in terrific condition.. a great addition for you collectors! Also, exquisitely carved Chinese bovine bone tusks, carved soapstone to costume jewelry and a Faberge Egg Case in the midst, too! 

• RUGS! RUGS! RUGS! Do you OR someone you know need a great rug for your space!? Come shop with us this weekend! We have nearly a dozen to choose from throughout the entire house! Wool and silk to Persian, runners and entry sized to room sized.. beautiful color stories and patterns to revel in. 

• Several great art pieces throughout the house.. a bronze statue titled ‘War Party’ by Carl Kauba and another titled ‘End of the Trail’ by James Fraser, HWS (Bonnie Youdim) artist proofs.. ‘Luminous Vision’-1989 and  a diptych ‘Reflections’-1988, art by David Brauss and other originals.. many fun animation production cels located in the downstairs office.. Frank Frazier- ‘Rapping in the ghetto’ Artist Proof, several decorative swords, axes to antique rifles and knife replicas.
