Payment Instructions: If you are high a bidder you will receive your invoice via email through APN, which is powered by Proxibid. Invoices will be generated by APN. Online Buyers Premium: Online Bidders that pay with a credit card will have a 16% Buyer’s Premium. If you are a North Carolina Resident 6.75% Sales Tax will be added to the final invoice. Online Bidders that wish to pay by certified check, money order, or wire transfer will have a 13% Buyer’s Premium. All credit cards will be charged the following day; if you wish to pay by certified check, money order, or wire transfer you must contact Karen at (919) 639-2231 or email admanager@johnsonproperties.com to inform her to not charge your credit card by 2pm, April 26th, 2017. When the buyer pays with a wire transfer you will receive a 3% discount, making the buyer’s premium 13%. If you are an online bidder not paying with credit card, Johnson Properties must be aware by Wednesday, April 26th, 2017 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
