Midcentury and more!! Another fun, packed estate sale by Laguna Beach Estate Sales! Shira teaming with me on this sale. Will be much like the format of our recent sale in Dana Point last month. I think everyone went home happy! Will not be staged beautifully as our regular sales are...major items will be priced and the rest you will bring to Shira for a great price! This is kind of a digger with some hidden treasures....

The furniture is period Scandinavian modern, Norway, chair/ottoman, couch, dining chairs, side chair,s pair of stunning bookcases, desk, and other items... 

Our client was in the Coast Guard Academy and served our country during WWII. There are many books and pictures from WWII era along with some items brought back from the Pacific. Hundreds and hundreds of books of all categories and subjects....a full garage with tools and shop machinery, garden items, a stacking washer/dryer, a refrigerator, pots/pans, kitchen, monkey pod, more! Charming original Eastside cottage packed...more detail when we organize. 

Will be a one day, everything must go kind of sale...fun for everyone! Terrific prices and promise it will be worth your time!
