This is an absolute auction.
To bid, you can hit the bid button and the next minimum bid will automatically be applied. To place a maximum bid, enter the desired dollar value and hit the max button. The system will bid on your behalf to your maximum bid. If a bid is made within 3 minutes of the end of the auction, the end time is extended for an additional 5 minutes.... this will continue until bidding has ceased. There is a 10% buyers premium on all winning bids. Pick up for this auction is on Sunday, 30th between 4pm and 7pm in Bloomfield, NY. The address of pick up will be provided to winning bidders. If you need to make alternative arrangements for pick up, you musty contact Diane at 585-489-6619 prior to the end of the auction. Those failing to pick up their lots will no longer be able to participate in SH&ES auctions. |
