All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). In the event any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before it is removed from the auction site, the buyer will be limited to a refund of the purchase price. The seller and/or Wester Auction will not be liable for more than the purchase price of any item. PREVIEW: You may request an appointment to inspect the items being sold by calling Tommy Newber at 910-520-0849. You must call AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We will try our best to meet your schedule and get you in the buildings when it is convenient, but dates and times ARE NOT GUARANTEED. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. REMOVAL: The removal period will be April 25 through April 28, 2017, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Removal of all items will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will provide all manpower, equipment, and tools necessary for the removal of the purchased items. The buyer agrees to meet the removal schedule posted. Any item remaining after the removal period will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded at the discretion of the seller. |
