Please note that this sale is a private sale by appointment only sale because of the location and restrictions. They lived in this home for over 40 years and there is a lot of collectible items both old and new. Most of the restaurant items are from France, England, Italy and are of the highest quality and in excellent condition. There are items that are very unique and highly collectible. Please know that this is a 2nd story Condo packed with some items located on the first floor storage room, there is a 3rd story to the condo where some of the furniture is located which means you will need help with any items purchased that are heavy.
