Payment by cash, check, Visa, MC: No rent to own

All buildings are sold “as is” no warranties.

All sales final, no refunds

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be collected.

Special Terms For Buildings:

$500 non-refundable deposit or full price of building, whichever is less, is due on auction day. Full payment is due on delivery. Buildings have to be paid in full and delivered within 90 days of auction date. Non-performing buyer forfeits deposit.

Delivery:

Yoder Building Company will deliver your building to you within a 100 mile radius for a cost of 10% of your bid price or you are welcome to arrange your own delivery. You will need to sign our standard delivery agreement which is available for review.

Note: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer, seller, their agents or assigns  for any damages, safety, or legal issues arising from your participation in this auction and if you choose to deliver the building yourself.

All items including storage buildings are sold “as is”. All sales final, no refunds.
