We take Cash, Check with proper Id, and all credit/debit cards. 24-7 Security of home before and during sale. Home has FOUR levels, please use care on stairs. Not responsible for accidents, always watch your step and take care. You agree to enter premises at your own risk. Caution tape and signs to bring attention to stairs for you. Staff will gladly carry all jewelry, sterling, fine china and crystal to the cashier for you. PLEASE bring help to load large items.
We appreciate pickups after 2:00 PM first day of sale , and after 2:00 on Sunday. We provide sold tags at the front and available from staffers for the Saturday and Sunday morning opening "rushes" for your convenience. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item and you leave it in place, a runner will take tit o cashier's holding tables for you. Bags for books and clothing will be in proper locations for you. We suggest you label your bag for easy identification. All valuable smalls and jewelry will be bagged and taken to the cashier holding for you by our staff. If books are not priced on the outside or on a general Pricingsign, they are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book. NO discounts first day, everything is priced to move quickly. You are welcome and encouraged however, to leave a bid the first day on items you are interested in and want to protect from selling the second day for less before you get there. We look at bids Saturday night and out aside winning bids that surpass any automatic Sunday discount. All bids are called on Sunday by end of day. Bid boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. Sunday our second day is our fun DISCOUNT day where all is negotiable and items under a certain price are half off. Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Ask our assistance to tag large furniture if you do not have a sold tag. We will deliver the info to the cashier, just check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces from home. Come and enjoy! |
