Just 5 minutes off I-80/94 taking either exits for Chesterton/Indiana Dunes State Park or the Porter/Burns Harbor exit.  From Indiana 49 Bypass highway, go west on U.S. 20 1 mile, then * south on Wagner Rd., it's just .8/10ths mi. to Franklin St., turn right (west) on Franklin St., the Johnston's Garden Florist  complex is just down on the north. Or, if you're coming from the west heading east on U.S. 20, turn south (right) on Wagner Rd. & *follow directions above.

TERMS: CASH, good Indiana check w/full photo ID, credit cards w/3% additional process fee. Out-of state checks must be pre-approved by calling the Auctioneer at least 3 days before the auction at 219-763-3741. Full payment & removal on auction day. All items Sold "As Is, Where Is" no warranties or guarantees, you must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents, injury or items after "SOLD."
