This Simply Amazing Estate Sale is located in Southfield MI 48076 in a lovely neighborhood just off of two major streets. The home is elegantly furnished with upscale furniture pieces and beautiful décor from various countries.

Once inside the double-door front entrance, you will find a small foyer with a beautiful mid-century chest with a marble top. In the closet are an assortment of coats and vacuums, including a Hoover. There is also a lovely brown fur coat from Dittrich Rich Furs.

To the left of the entrance is the formal living room, complete with a Gordon’s Inc Fine Furniture Cabinet, a Seemay Inc. Sofa with a floral pattern, a Century Furniture of Distinction Dresser, a pair of Furniture City Upholstery Co. Chairs and a Whitney Kimball Standing Piano. There is also a large assortment of vintage silver from Rogers Brothers 1847, including a 13 piece tea or coffee set. 

From the formal living room you can enter the kitchen and dining area, where you can find a Retro Dinner Table set complete with four chairs, a Kenmore refrigerator, and an assortment of dinnerware and assorted kitchenware. There is a Dorothy collectible plate from the Wizard of Oz and a beautiful vintage 4-piece vanity set.

In the family room you can find a very nice Lay-z-Boy in excellent condition and a beautiful vintage sofa with a matching love seat. There is also a vintage wooden rolling tea cart with folding sides and some beautiful décor from Greece and Egypt. Lastly, there is a lovely little letter table and a high-backed wicker-seat chair.

Upstairs in the master bedroom is a 6 piece Joerns Bros. Bedroom set, complete with headboard, dresser with vanity mirror and seat, chest, and night stand, all in very good condition. There is also a small Mersman side table by the window and a Rousseau Bros. rocking chair. Other items upstairs include an Atlas Furniture Co. Chest, a beautifully sculpted large Lane Cedar Chest, a 4 piece Bassett Furniture Industries bedroom set, a Panasonic 8-Track AM/FM Turntable along with assorted records, a Power Rider exercise bike and a vintage unopened “I Love Lucy” board game.

In the basement is a Hotpoint fridge in working condition, an extra-large Lane Cedar Chest, an Argus 300 slide projector, and a Revere 8mm P-90 projector. You can find a variety of vintage china tea cups and saucers as well as a complete 8-person Royal Albert tea cup set with creamer pitcher. There is also a large selection of beautiful Christmas decorations, a fake Christmas tree, and assorted pots and pans.

In the laundry room you will find a pair of Maytag Washer and Dryer in very good condition. The washer’s model number is LAT9406AAE. The Dryer’s model number is MOE2301AYM and it is an electric hookup. Through the laundry room and in the garage you can find a car top luggage holder, assorted sporting goods items, some shelving units, and a Panasonic Projector PT-D4000.
