Listing Information

 This Friday, June 16th, last day to get great items!  We have emptied the barn for this Friday and there are so many more great antiques.  The house is still jam packed after two very busy sale days this past weekend.

This Estate Sale is jam packed.  So much we cannot put everything out in one weekend.  This is a two-weekend sale with new items being uncovered each weekend.  Everything is clean and in pristine condition ready to be placed in your home.

There is no parking at the home or on the street.

Parking this Friday is on the side neighborhood streets.  There will not be a shuttle this weekend.  The school is close by for parking.

The line will form at the entrance to the porch.  We will be using a numbering system.  As you get there please get your placement number.  Everyone in your party must have a number.  No one will get in the house prior to the opening of the sale, 9:00 am.  If you miss place your number you will need to get in line for a new number.  If you are not at the property when your number is called you will be asked to go to the end of the line.  You will enter through the front door and exit through the garage.  There is limited space so be patient.  Please look everything over carefully, but make your selection quickly as there will be many waiting to get in behind you.  We stress, PLEASE BE PATIENT at this sale and be polite to other shoppers.

If planning to purchase large furniture the first day you will be asked to pick up the item the following day or weekend as the house is so packed we cannot get through it to bring out the furniture.  Definitely worth the extra trouble.

Two Days Only First weekend, One Day Only Second Weekend:

This sale includes three generations of antique collectors/dealers as well as serious doll collectors.  Antiques and Collectibles range from the early 1800's to the early 1900's.  There is also an extensive doll collection, a doll collector's dream.  You will regret missing this one, check out the pictures.
