Storage Auction Terms & Conditions:
CASH ONLY Sale – We do NOT accept checks, credit cards, cashiers checks or traveler’s checks. Sales tax WILL Be Collected according to city / county / state sales tax laws unless you have a copy of your resale exemption certificate with you or on-file with Cissy’s Auction Services. Payment is due IMMEDIATELY upon the conclusion of the auction. You will be required to pay a Cash Deposit of $50 for winning 1 unit or $200 for winning 2 or more units, directly to T & J MiniStorage. This deposit will be returned if the unit is emptied and cleaned within the timeline established. If you fail to clean the unit out, you will forfeit the deposit. You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit. You will have just a few moments to look at the contents from OUTSIDE the unit. You may not enter. The entire contents of the unit will be sold, and the winning bidder must take everything out of the unit. You may not use any dumpster on site. You will have until the following Monday (48 hours) from auction date for removal of contents. If you need longer time, please contact T & J MiniStorage directly to see if they can extend your time or lease you the unit. There are no guarantees or warranties on anything in the unit, so BUYER BEWARE. There is no smoking at storage auctions. Announcements made at the time of the auction supersede any printed announcements. |
