PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGE!!!  THIS WILL BE "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" SALE.

We are sorry to announce that this sale will be changed to a "By Appointment Only" sale. We have had an incredible response to this sale with collectors contacting us from all over the country. After much discussion, we have decided to make this an appointment only sale in order to give EVERYONE a fair chance at the collections and so that buyers can make travel accommodations and still have the opportunity to purchase what they came to see.

THIS IS HOW THE SALE WILL WORK...

Appointments will be made for the following dates and times.  Please call to make your appointment:

Thursday, Aug. 3 / 9am to 3pm

Friday, Aug. 4 / 9am to 3pm

Saturday, Aug. 5 / 9am to 3pm

These dates and times will be for buyers that have made an appointment to see the collection and it will be their opportunity to make their best offer on the collection they are interested in. All of the contents will be divided in "lots"...for example...their will be a lot for the train collection in its entirety. There will be a lot for the model ship collection, there will be a lot for the pedal cars, and then there will be many lots set up for the remaining contents. Buyers are welcome to come in by appointment and view the collections and put in their highest and best offer on each of the collections.  At the end of the three days, we will contact the buyers that have successfully purchased the collection and we will set up arrangements for the collections to be picked up.

After the "By Appointment Only" sale is over we will then schedule another sale to sell the remaining contents.

SALE FOR REMAINING CONTENTS WILL BE HELD ON AUG. 17-19 AND WILL BE CONDUCTED AS A TRADITIONAL ESTATE SALE.

PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CALL US!  WE KNOW THIS IS AN UNUSUAL SALE AND WE ARE TRYING TO HANDLE IT IN A MANNER WHERE EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO PURCHASE A COLLECTION HAS A FAIR CHANCE.
