Gorgeous country home a quarter-mile from State Road 28 and 1 mile from US 52 off of 975 south in Clarkshill Indiana. Husband was a very well respected auto mechanic in the area. Lots and lots of automotive tools you won't find a most sales. Large air compressors, welders, acetylene torch is an tanks, paint paper roller racks, very nice heavy duty tool boxes, nice work benches with stainless steel front doors, wonderful hand tools still in boxes… Everything at the sale is super super clean! Household furnishings are lazy boy furniture, nice antique washstand, chairs, dressers… Very nice pool table already disassembled the parts are labeled for re-construction. Nice workout equipment, even a punching bag… Home has furniture, huge automotive three bay workshop is full, two car garage, and another very large outbuilding are all packed. Look at initial pictures to get a "taste " of the sale. A few items will be removed by wife for her new home.… I will add more photos in July of items positively included. Some cars, I was told will be included in the sale. She has not decided which ones yet. As soon as I know, I will pass the info along. Two Corvettes and the black car our project cars… Other vehicles run fine. |
