PREVIEW: You may preview the items on Friday, August 15 from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. You may also preview at other times, by calling for an appointment AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

PAYMENT BY ON LINE BIDDERS: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES), unless you have made PRIOR arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment.

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon on Monday, September 18 to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in legal action taken against the registered bidder.

REMOVAL: You MUST remove your purchases during the following times:
Monday through Friday from 9-6 during the week after the auction, September 18 through September 22.
Failure to meet this schedule may result in losing your items without refund.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.

The owner has finally been able to complete his promised workload, allowing us to finish staging the auction for this Saturday. We will be adding lots every day until we finish later this week. The lots will be sold as described and pictured. The final sale order will be determined on Friday. There will be approximately 300 lots posted once we are ready for the auction. Please check back daily for new listings. LIVE BIDDERS COMING TO THE AUCTION If you are planning on attending the auction, preregister online and save yourself time on Saturday morning. We will have a specific person assisting the attendees that have preregistered. As you pull into the auction, there is an 11 acre field, solid for large trucks, at the rear of the property. Watch for parking signs. When you are parking, be courteous to the others arriving after you and do not block the driveways. We look forward to seeing you Saturday. ONLINE BIDDERS, NOT PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE AUCTION Unless you contact our office this week and make financial arrangements, you will only be allowed a $10,000 TOTAL BIDDING LIMIT. We need one of the following for your buying limit to be raised: ---- A bank letter of GUARANTEE with your maximum spending limit stated, faxed to 866-972-3322 ---- The name of your bank, the manager's name and telephone number (for us to call and discuss your history with your banker) ---- A $1,000 REFUNDABLE deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The deposit will be applied to your invoice. Any remaining funds will be refunded to you. Failure to settle any remaining balance on your invoice by Monday, September 18 by 3:00 PM will result in the forfeiture of the $1,000 deposit and your purchased items. The owner is retiring and the real estate has been sold. This 40,000+ sq. ft. heavy truck maintenance facility must be emptied immediately and completely. Everything has to beout of the building by the end of September, NO EXCEPTIONS.......... We will be selling a huge variety of items from welders and shop maintenance equipment, to rolling stock, and everything in between. There is are 5 hydraulic hose manufacturing packages, a fully operational paint booth large enough for a garbage truck, and 3 forklifts. Thousands of items will be sold through online and live bidding. There will be special registration qualifications for online bidders.
