You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. One Day Estate Sale Extravaganza in cool San Clemente!!! Reminiscent of days gone by....our client collected everything and her home looks like a packed country store from another era... Glass, china, porcelain, advertising, toys, collectibles, linens, furniture, garden, iron, trunks, and everything in between!!! Great for dealers and collectors alike, our one day sale will be dealer friendly. We will not do our normal prep and will arrive, set up and you will shop. Shira will give prices...bring boxes..there is so much stuff. As you know, we occasionally do this format and with great success....promises to be a very fun, enjoyable and profitable day for all! We look forward to seeing everyone. Make sure you put us on your calendar for 11 am this Thursday, July 27 in South San Clemente...you will be so glad you did! I will go down Wednesday afternoon to take some quick pictures to post...So, you will not be able to see pictures until Wednesday evening. Either way, plan on coming! 7:30 pm Just uploaded pictures...Did not talk pictures of everything...just what looked organized an presentable....loads of boxes to go through i.e. tons more to buy...I will be there at 10 am to start a list for our opening at 11 am.
