LOCATION: 139 W. Main St. Morenci, Mi. (just east of the traffic light, south side)  City parking lots in the back.

FURNITURE:
Two sofas, two living room chairs, upholstered bedroom chair, primitive base cabinet, bench seat, oak dining table, corner cabinet, china hutch, bookcases, chairs & more.

MUSICAL/ANTIQUES/COLLECTIBLES: Upright  Packard Piano, Thomas electric organ,  antique Gendron wood wheelchair (made in PerrysburgkOhio), antique chaise lounge, drums, several guitars. Floor model Airline radio (cabinet only), circa 1950's Zenith TV, tabletop Motorola radio,Sony reel to reel tape recorder, two vintage record players, Singer treadle sewing machine, Western Electric tabletop sewing machine, several other sewing machines, both tabletop and floor models.  Vintage Freeze-ette refrigerator (apt. size)   vintage speakers,Tom Thumb typewriter, old store adding machines, two typewriters, kitchen primitives, Peter Pan peanut butter tin, several milk bottles (one Morenci Dairy) wood store candy counter (from Gardiner's five & dime), Brach's Candy display unit, painted red display table, other store counters (from Gardiners), lighted room divider, wood trunks, two large safes (one on 3rd floor, one in basement), two doll houses, cutters for blinds, antique Eclipse wallpaper trimmer,  cash registers, ribbon tying machine, price markers, two candy jars, and more (from Gardiner's five & dime)., Ephemera (includes books back to 1636 &1881, Songbooks and some German), vintage print advertising, Morenci memorablia, vintage board games, Christmas tins, minature figures (NIB), collection of tea kettles, circa 40's & 50's rifle patches, and many other small collectibles to numerous to mention.

BEST OF THE REST: Multiple tables (used in reception hall), over 150 metal folding chairs, steel drafting table, fancy wall décor, decorative birdhouses, store display units (from dime store), several sewing machines, lots of Christmas & Holiday décor, (used in reception hall), billiard table, Starcraft hockey game (both on 3rd floor), huge pile of salvage lumber, original wood windows, wood lathe, two large fish tanks, coffee pots & cookware (used in reception hall), framed prints of all types & kinds.

 

LYN'S NOTE:  Three floors packed with everything from salvage lumber to store displays, to furniture, antiques  & collectibles.  If you are interested in basement items, bring a flashlight.  Bring a muscle bound friend and be prepared to remove and load your items on auction day.  There will be heavy items that need to be taken up or down stairs. Mark this auction on your calendar as a “can't miss”!

 

SPECIAL NOTE:  For Lunch, The Pizza Box across the street will open at ten a.m. serving pizza by the slice and burgers Subway is two doors to the west and open at eight a.m. There is also a party store/gas station and a sit-down restaurant nearby.

TERMS: Credit/Debit, Cash, or good check. Id required to register. Nothing to be moved until settled for. Not responsible for accidents or theft. Buyers assume all responsibility for removal of purchases.
