REMOVAL TERMS: Removal of purchases shall be at the sole expense, liability, and risk of

the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all tools and labor required for removal of or for making

arrangements with removal specialists and or freight companies. Bendis Companies, Inc. does

not disassemble, pack or ship items. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a PAID

RECEIPT. Please insure that anyone picking up items on your behalf has the paid receipt in

their possession. Items will not be released without a paid email receipt. IMPORTANT: The

Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing, or abandoning, at the expense

and risk of the Buyer, items not paid for and/or not removed within the specified time. The

Buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses

associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.

REMOVAL SCHEDULE: For approximately two hours after the auction and Sunday, July 30

from 10 AM - 2 PM.

ITEM PICKUP: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pickup and removal of

any items you may win at this auction. If you are unable to safely pickup and remove

your items during the removal times that has been scheduled for this auction, PLEASE

DO NOT BID. The Auctioneer does not ship, nor does the Auctioneer hold items beyond

the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are

unable to pickup and safely remove your items during the published removal times.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium, will be added to the purchase price of each

item sold at the auction.

DEPOSIT: $100.00 cash refundable down payment required for bidder paddle.

PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business July 29.

Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Certified Funds, and approved Company checks

with a dated Bank letter of guarantee on Bank letterhead and signed by a Bank officer.
