TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ESTATE SALES BY ATLANTA ESTATE SALE COMPANIES, LLC (THE VINTAGE GIRLS ESTATE SALE CO., ASHLEY GLASS LUXURY ESTATE SALES, AND FARM, RANCH, AND LAND ESTATE SALES)
-We are unable to provide movers are our sales. Please bring adequate help in moving any furniture. Customers are liable for any damages that occur in the residence. -We are a licensed, insured and bonded business. We have conducted over 600 sales. We have a licensed appraiser on staff. -We collect sales tax on all items. This is required by the State of Georgia. Please bring a filled out resale certificate if you are tax exempt. If you do not have a resale certificate with you, we will have to charge you sales tax. -All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds, No Returns. Please check your items!! We do not plug every item in and start every item, it is your responsibility to check your item for breaks, cracks, etc. Thank you! -We accept Cash and All Major Credit Cards. (No personal checks please.) -We will provide bags and wrapping until we run out. (Bring us your bags and we will recycle them!!) -We may be unaware of a recall or safety issue on an item being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it. -We allow offers on all items....ask about details :) -Please bring help to move your items. Our Worker's Compensation Policy does not allow moving items. At times we will have men on premises "working for tips". Please be prepared to move your items. We will be happy to recommend a delivery service. -"Holding" is a commitment to buy. -We are not liable for accidents that occur in the residence. Please use caution in the residence and remember that this is someone's home.
