Listing Information

This home will have a bit of everything for everyone. From antiques/vintage and mid century modern to traditional and contemporary. There is something from almost every decade from 1910 up to current day. Some items might even predate this time frame.

Furniture: Sherrill, Hekman, Henredon, Drexel Heritage:

Mid century modern 5 piece bedroom furniture set, Mid century upholstered rocking chair, secretary armoire, multiple file cabinets from different 20th century decades of different shapes, sizes and colors. To complete an office don't forget the 42" drafting table with lamp, architectural tools and portfolio case (Yes, you can work with Don Drapper) and more..

Sectional Sofa, oriental and contemporary coffee tables, swivel chairs with ottoman; deco style arm chairs; black lacquer and glass illuminated display cabinet and more..

Glass top oriental flare formal dining table with 6 side chairs and 2 arm chairs. A wonderful 1960's kitchen table and chairs that takes you to back to another time. Know 1960's kitchen would be complete without the hotplate tray warmer on wheels, complete with dome top and instructions, and yes there is more..

The mid century modern cosmetic dressing table with glass top, does not get complete without hopping into the 60's with Playboy Bunny memorabilia.....and of course there is much more..

Remember the late 60's and the powerful Southwest Conference? We sure do. A great poster set of important highlights of that great 1969 season. We have Texas/Notre Dame, and yes A&M, TCU and the Ponies too. For those want a 1970's Cheryl Teigs poster we have you covered (or her mostly covered).

For the athletic types we have the top vintage bicycle gear for you. From vintage 1973 Peugeot single frame with leather seat (ouch) to an early 1990's Peugeot racing style bike. Bicycle lights, reflectors, pumps, clips, break cables and more... Power tools, ladders, car jacks, yard tools, etc. -- just check out the garage.

Electronics...are you kidding... of course.. A Transistor radio that we guess is from the 1950's all the way to 17 & 19 inch flat screen Dell monitors. Some of the brands include, Canon, Dell, Sony, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Samsung, and TI. Some additional items include ink jet printers, LifeBook AH530 notebook, VCR; DVD/CD players; CMT-EX1 micro hi-fi system, software... and no, we are not done...

Relax to the wonderful 78's (yes it is a record speed not a year) of Frank Sinatra, Patti Page, and many more from the 30's, 40's and 50's. For those that prefer the 1960's through today we have those LP 33's waiting for you. As you listen to the great new purchase of records, play a few board games you picked up at this sale too. Maybe use that vintage Lite-Brite.

As you relax into that Sherrill furniture you could not resist from buying, watch some of the old 35MM slides that you pick up for a song that include the orient and many US National Parks with your new vintage Bausch & Lomb 35MM projector with remote control (no guys, it not wireless) or the 8MM projector that you had to get. If you’re a camera buff, what do you need? Yes we might have it. The Kodak Duraflex III with flash and instructions (got to have instructions for something this old), 35MM cameras, lens, zoom lenses, and even unopened film for some of these rare finds. Ask me for the 8MM film (I got it stashed away for you).

After all of this, you need a drink and we have the bar items. The ice you will get will probably come from a very lightly use (and we can say mostly used only by a little old lady) modern stainless steel LG French door refrigerator you could not do without. Once you spill all over yourself, don't fret use the electric Maytag Washer and GE Gas Dryer (Yes, we do understand we don’t need to say electric washer, but we want you to know not everything for sale is old).

For those that want to be in the Kitchen, oh, my goodness we just can't cover it all. Suffice it for us to say some of the items include full kitchen, dishes, glassware, blenders, corning ware, coffee makers, utensils, Oneida and Towle silverware sets, cookware, bake ware pieces, cutlery, cookbook collections, china sets by Mikasa, Pope Gosser, Kaysons, and Johnson Bros. The table linens are from another time and you will appreciate them all. Don't get to caught up or you may miss the bed linens, bedspreads/comforters/shams/bed skirts, or blankets. Goose down pillows/comforters/duvet inserts and duvet cover. We are selling bed frames that will include mattress pads and box springs at no charge (Yes, some things can be free!).

Yes, if you have read this far, you need to know we do have those special items of porcelain, china, gold, gold filled, sterling silver, and silverplate. One has to come to the sale to see it all, but to give you a peek....a 2 quart Reed and Barton Burgundy Chafing dish (discontinued), sealed from the factory in its original box, never used a perfect gift. Do I need to repeat that it's has the factory box and has never been taken out of the factory plastic seal! Sterling plate bake-n-serve, serving trays, and a variety of other silver plate items. Sterling Silver items that include spoons we estimate come from the 1800's and all types of jewelry. A Limoge stick pin, 14K gold filled watch, a numbered art deco figurine, German china, earring, necklaces, bracelets, cuff-links, 32nd degree mason pins, Lions International Fraternal group pins, and numerous amounts of costume jewelry, tea sets and rare finds from far away travels.

For the cigar or pipe smoker that wants the rare find, there are a number of Block Meerschaum cigar holders and pipes made with amber, porcelain and other rare materials. As you enjoy these rare finds, don't forget the KNF-Nellie Olson 36 inch mosaic table for the patio as you will want to sit and enjoy your cigar and pipe outside as the weather cools down into fall.

If you can't believe there is more, think of me typing about all these wonderful items and humor me as you continue to read.

A 1951 NCR cash register with additional unused ribbons and keys. Yes, it works!... and it's heavy. Maybe you want to add a Paymaster to write those checks or a vintage check writer from the first part of the twentieth century. For the hobbyist or professional, a vintage Franklin Stamping Machine (Embosser) or the Golden Auto Grapher, both with multiple lead type set, foil, instruction manuals to personalize match books, leather, napkins, pencils, cards and almost anything you want to put an imprint… or maybe just a professional leather belt cutter. How about a vintage Monarch Junior pricing machine that can use 4 types of pricing tags/labels (There are multiple label types included). There are so many different font types and lead type set items that it was impossible to determine how many items are in the set (we guess it's over 1,000). A gold color miniature oil can , oil (in glass bottle), ink pads, ink. It you want to know of its ability, we used it to price many of our items in this sale!

Ladies Clothes (mostly 4-14 misses and petites), Shoes, Accessories---of course.....

Ann Taylor, BCBG, Ralph Lauren, Talbot’s, Tahari, Teri Jon, Kay Unger.

Shoes and Boots from New Balance, Van Eli, Munro, Stuart Weitzman (size 6.5-7N)

Full wardrobe, pants, skirts, blouses, scarves, overcoats, jackets, Koslow’s mink stole, fine leather dress gloves,

Designer, evening and everyday handbags from Coach, Cynthia Rowley, Longchamp and Le Sport Sac to name a few.

Wedding Dress - We have everything else.. so we have two of these....take your pick, a 1953 vintage or a 2013 dress with veil.

Painting of all types. Local, European, and Middle East artist. Various oil paintings, prints, and signed serigraphs.

Come on by and see for yourself!! We can't include all items in pictures or writings. You can only truly enjoy these items if you stop in early before your item is gone. If you’re still standing after you see many of the listed and non-listed items, don't forget to check out the books of all types. If you weren't buying, you just weren't trying.
