Please note a few guidelines to make our and your experience pain free:
Cash is always preferred however Credit cards will be accepted with $100.00 minimum purchase and you must have a valid ID. We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. If you do not have a copy for us you will be charged sales tax. Watch your children and keep them close to you. No large handbags/bags or large purses We Can Not Help Load or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not have the time to pack your items for you. Please Bring your smile and have fun shopping with us. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are Final. We are Not responsible for accidents so please Be careful while shopping. We do not give out prices before the sale. Do not block driveways or mail boxes. Be courteous and respectful to fellow shoppers and our team. We always reserve the right to limit the number of people in at any time. This is an Estate Sale managed by a professional company. We've been setting up and prepping in a quiet neighborhood in Plano and we hope to see you all there! You will find something here at this sale for everyone.
Our sweet client's home is packed with many lovely treasures that are sure to please! This is going to be a great sale with loads of wonderful home furnishings, household goods, and decorative items!

Days & Hours of Operation: Friday, September 8th, 9:30-3:30 pm Saturday, September 9th, 9-3 pm
Location: the City of Plano, right on Park Blvd and Shiloh. (main highway-US 75) (full address will be posted the day before the sale)
Please Note: Due to strict Lewisville city rules, signs will be very limited so you will need to rely on your GPS. Also please note that this sale is taking place in a town house and parking spaces are limited so please be respectful.
