All sales are final. There are no warranties. There shall be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. The items for sale are available to the public for inspection before the start of the auction closing. All buyers are strongly urged to physical inspect the item during the inspection period and prior to bidding. Once a buyer places a bid, it cannot be withdrawn. All bids are subject to acceptance by the auctioneer. A bid shall not be deemed valid until accepted by the auctioneer. All bids are accepted at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions. Bidder agrees that these terms as well as all other terms set forth below, can be amended or revised only in writing, signed by the auctioneer. Northern Trade, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise but makes no representations. All item descriptions and information contained in advertising or publishing of any kind are believed correct, but no responsibility is assumed by Northern Trade, LLC for any errors or omissions. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Northern Trade, LLC (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

All purchases will be subject to local and state sales tax of auction location unless buyer provides documentation validating, and required for, tax exemption. Buyers are responsible for all taxes, fees, and plates of their own state or municipality. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged on all titles vehicles. Titles will be given day of sale if paid by cash, credit card, or certified check. Company checks will take 7 days to clear before title is released. If for any reason, Northern Trade, LLC is not able to complete the sale for any purchase or provide said purchase free and clear of liens, Northern Trade, LLC may terminate the purchase agreement.

A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all sold items and lots. A discount of 3% will be given if the buyer pays with cash or cashier's check. A discount of 2% will also be given if buyer pays and removes there item(s) on the first day after the auction closes.

All invoices must be paid in full. Partial payments will not be accepted. No personal checks accepted. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, or cashier's check. Purchase must be paid in full within 7 days of auction closing. A late fee of $5.00 per day will be added to all invoices that are not paid during the scheduled payment time.

All purchased items must be removed from the auction site within four days after the auction close. All responsibility, risk, and cost of item removal rests solely on the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the proper equipment and assistance needed to remove the item from the auction site. If for any reason, a buyer fails to remove any of their purchased items within the specified time, there is a $10.00 late fee and the buyer's bid number may be terminated and the buyer will not be allowed to sell or buy with Northern Trade, LLC. Late removal will also incur storage fees of $5.00 per day and up to 15 days. If the items have not been paid for and/or picked up after 15 days, the sale and late/storage fees will be charged to the bidder's credit card and the items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Northern Trade, LLC.

Northern Trade, LLC may ban any buyer or seller if it is believed that the participant has misrepresented items or any information, violated any terms, or participated in any inappropriate auction activity as determined at the sole discretion of Northern Trade, LLC. Any seller who misrepresents their consigned items or any buyer who does not complete their agreed purchase may be subject to legal actions and may be banned from any further participation in auctions held by Northern Trade, LLC.

You agree that provider and its providers shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or cost of any sort coming out of or resulting from your possession or use of the materials, content, or information on this site or from your purchase or sale of goods through this site regardless of whether such liability is based in tort, contract, or otherwise. In no situation, including, without any limits, a negligent act, shall provider or any of its providers be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or interruption of business), coming out of or in any way related to the materials, content, or information on this site or any other products, services, or information offered, sold, or featured on this site, your use of, or inability to use, this site generally, or otherwise in connection with this agreement, regardless of whether provider or any of its providers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
