Online purchases requiring shipping must be paid by credit card. There is no sales tax applied to any out-of-state purchases that are shipped. We do the majority of our shipping in-house & bill separately for those charges.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. Our normal payment procedure is to collect payment for your purchase by charging the credit card with which you registered on the secured Beloit Auction site. If you wish to use a different payment method, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Your shipping costs will be a separate charge to your credit card by the shipper unless you make other payment arrangements with them. Items not removed within 3 days of conclusion of auction will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between BELOIT AUCTION SERVICE, INC. and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
