Responsible Bidding:
We have made every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. All items are sold AS IS with No Refunds and No Returns. We do not list every flaw and Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. Please ask questions before bidding, and be aware of the location of the item(s). All sales are final--No refunds and No Returns.

A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your winning item(s). Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

Payment:
Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying. Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal. Payment must clear PayPal before pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice. A 15% Buyer’s Premium and a 7.50% Sales Tax will be added to each purchase. For special payment arrangements (other than PayPal) or to provide resale certificate (tax exemption), please contact us at (720) 403-8116. Resellers are required to provide a copy of their tax exemption form.

Pick-up Instructions: Pick-ups will take place in Lakewood, CO 80227.
An invoice will be mailed to winning bidders with the exact address for pick-up location of winning items.

All items must be picked up during our scheduled pick-up time – SATURDAY September 30, 2017 between 9AM and 12PM (noon) – No Exceptions. Please bring your own packing materials to protect your items and your own manpower to remove items from premises and load. Due to Insurance Liability we are unable to assist with removing and loading of your items. Be sure you have enough man power, cargo space and tools to haul all your treasures.

Other:
If you fail to pay for your items prior to pick-up or make alternate payment arrangements with us, your items will be resold and your name removed from our database. If you pay, but fail to pick-up your items, the items will be sold immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL items must be picked up during the scheduled auction pick-up day. If your items are not picked up by then, they will be considered abandoned, you will forfeit your right to the items and NO REFUND will be issued.
