The NC Department of Revenue has authorized Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. to hire an attorney to do a title search for the property, to attempt to uncover any discrepancies or problems with the property. This attorney's title opinion will be posted to the site, as soon as completed by the attorney.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: The high bidder will be required to post a refundable 10% Earnest Money Deposit immediately after the bidding concludes, payable to the JOhnston County Sheriff's Department.

Online bidders will be required to provide a credit card when registering. The successful online bidder must make the 10% Earnest Money Deposit with the credit card given at time of registration (A 3% precessing fee will apply).
