Our clients are some of the nicest folks I've met. They have done so much to try and help us (isn't that great!) and provide everything we need!

Trying to get all the details of this sale is very difficult. It is so diverse. There are 3 generations of very eclectic items that provide something for everyone!

Tons of costume jewelry, large above ground pool, Mercedes, Jeep, antiques, lamps galore and vintage items to melt your heart! There is no way I can get pictures of everything so plan on coming and spending quite a bit of time!

This is a total liquidation and all must go.

We are extremely busy and are unable to answer pricing or availability questions. The only items we will respond to pre-selling are the automobiles and the pool.

No Children under 12 (pool, knives, chemicals, chaos)

No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in your vehicle.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules.

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

No Mean people allowed.  

Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags will result in punishment and bad Karma.
