50 Years of memories in this very large Estate home! We are working with the Melgaard family to clear the family home of over 50 years accumulation. The home has been sold and everything must sell.
Dr. Melgaard practiced in Dubuque for many years; Gloria Melgaard was a Dubuque ceramic artist.
This wonderful Estate is located in on south Grandview Avenue, just across from Murphy Park and the Christmas Festival of Lights. The sale is on all 3 floors of the 6,000 sq. ft. house, plus the garage.
Look for our signs as the house is set way back from the street, on an acreage backing up to Shady Oaks. It would be best to park on Grandview Avenue unless handicapped or loading furniture. There is just a long driveway visible on Grandview.
