Inspection: Wednesday, December 6th from 10-3 at the Baldini Auction Company Showroom located at 3522 Central Pike, Suite 207 in Hermitage, TN in the Riverview Business Center.
Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 3:00pm (CT) on Friday, December 8th 2017. Baldini Auction Company, LLC will your charge credit card on file if payment is not received by Friday, December 8th at 3:00 pm CST.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.
Please note that there will be a 3% convenience fee added to credit card purchases.
A $15 fee will be added for any wire/bank transfer.

Baldini Auction Company, LLC will only accept payment by credit card for invoices of $3,000 or less. Payment for invoices over $3,000 must be made via wire transfer or cash.

All purchases must be paid for in the name of the registered bidder.

There is no Tennessee State sales tax collected on items in this auction.

Pickup: Pickup will be on Friday, December 8th from 10 am to 3 pm and Monday, December 11th from 10am to 3pm.

Baldini Auction Company, LLC will provide 2 people to assist with loading on MONDAY, DECEMBER 11TH ONLY from 10am to noon. If you require assistance loading furniture, you must pick up your furniture on MONDAY. We will not have anyone to assist with loading on Friday.

Shipping for auctions will not be provided by Baldini Auction Company, LLC; however, we will coordinate efforts with 3rd party shipping/moving companies.

For your convenience, the following vendor(s) are available for shipping items in this auction. Feel free to use any vendor of your choice; this UPS store is the closest to our facility. We will be happy to take small only to this particular UPS store; however, there will be a charge to take your purchase(s) to this vendor for shipping. Rates will be determined by size and quantity. You must arrange actual shipping costs with the vendor of your choice and pay them accordingly. Baldini Auction Company does not handle the cost of shipping the item to you; only the transportation of the item to the UPS store if suitable.
