This first estate of 2018 is a spectacular view of the 19th and 20th centuries.  Many items reflect those time periods.  Elegant furniture graces the home while several very old photographs line the walls.  From vintage bottles and sheet music to current day cook books; each visit will surely have you wanting to capture your shopping day with a token from the past.

The indoor sale will run for 3 days.  All sales are final so be sure to inspect items before purchasing.  If you are looking for a home to purchase in this quiet neighborhood and near Five Points; it is listed with Terry Bishop.

Furniture is very large, and if purchasing, my recommendation is to hire professional movers.  There will not be assistance available on site.  All movers and moving of these pieces must be done during non-sale hours, but must be removed no later than the Monday following the 3 day sale.

Bring copy of business license number and verification of ownership if you are planning on waiver of mandatory tax.
