This week’s sale is in a lovely home, in the Audubon Woods subdivision, off 2004, in Richwood. 
The home did NOT flood, so items are in excellent condition, for the most part. Parking will be 
tight, because of debris piled in the subdivision, in front of homes that DID flood, 
so please park carefully.

The sale will be held at 104 Dove Trail, in Richwood. The entrance to Audubon Woods 
isn’t marked, but it’s between the light at Our Lady Queen of Peace, and 288B, on the 
South side of 2004. (If the city will allow, we’ll have a sign there.) Sale hours are 
9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.


The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00a.m., on Friday morning, and we’ll begin
calling the first names in around 8:45.  There will be no children allowed in the 
sale area, at the homeowner’s request. 

There is a screened in back patio, with a pool, that we have taped off. The homeowner 
doesn’t want anyone falling in, please. There is a large bird bath in the back yard, 
we’ve moved pretty much everything else onto the patio area. 

Please note that Estate Liquidators does NOT provide movers, loaders, nor pack mules. 
If you purchase a large or heavy item, please make arrangements to have it toted.

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved Brazoria County checks.
