Hi Everyone!

We have another auction ready for your bidding pleasure. For this auction, pick up will be in Monaca. It's a bit thinner on items than usual, due to it being a liquidation auction. There's still some great stuff here though. If you like medical furniture, we've got several tables that came from a medical office. If you're setting up a new office or a home office, we've got desks, vintage chairs and a few filing cabinets. We're clearing out the contents of this building so that we can auction the property next month. Please note, if you wish to preview items, you may, however, we will ask that you call and schedule an appointment to do so. If you are interested in the electric snowblower or electric snow shovel, those are currently located at our Beaver Falls location. They will be brought to Monaca on pick up day. Several notes on pick up: We will do our best to make sure that parking is available in the rear of the building (Monaca building) on the day of pick up. Please bring boxes and any other supplies you may need to claim your items. Be prepared to show up on the day of pick up, we will not haul furniture or office equipment to our location for later pick up. Items left behind will be subject to a storage fee. We do ask that you are courteous and kind in terms of parking. It is limited in the rear of the building and we will make every effort to work out an agreement with adjacent businesses in order to offer more parking. Should the weather become inclement on pick up day, we will notify each of you by telephone and set up an alternate pick up day and time.

Item	Description
1.	Additional Description: If you'd like to make a statement in your entryway or, well, anywhere in your home, this is the piece for you! This knight in no so shining armor is made of what we believe is tin. We've seen these pieces in the past as imports from Mexico. This is a decorative piece, so don't get any ideas about dressing up in the armor, you won't be able to. The knight is in great condition. He stands just over 5 feet tall. Though not heavy, we do recommend moving these with care.
2.	Additional Description: This lovely table could be used as a plant stand or a mail table. We believe it is vintage. The piece is in very good condition and really doesn't need much TLC, perhaps a bit of refinishing or a light coat of varnish if you plan on using it for plants. Measures 27X18X10.
3.	Additional Description: This lovely 4 shelf book shelf may have been handmade. It is in excellent condition and could be used in just about any room. Measures 36X19X10.
4.	Additional Description: Vintage solid wood ladder back chair. The chair is in excellent condition. If you're the crafty type, you could do many things with this adorable chair. Or you could use it as a chair, but where's the fun in that? Measures 34X17X15.
5.	Additional Description: This small chair could do with a bit of TLC. The chair is certainly made for a child, or a very tiny adult or maybe a Hobbit, they like to sit too. It could be refinished or painted to match any decor.
6.	Additional Description: This metal cubby could be useful in just about any office setting. It has divided slots which would make it perfect for individual mail slots. Though the piece is sitting on the floor, it is lightweight enough to sit on a sturdy table so that the bottom cubbies are accessible without bending. Measures 36X38X15.5.
7.	Additional Description: This large promotional/advertising sign came from SafeCo Insurance Company. As you can see, it has the business name of the previous broker on it. We do believe the piece needs new lightbulbs.
8.	Additional Description: This large sign is also from SafeCo. It features a clock and the former broker's information. The piece is untested.
9.	Additional Description: This sign is from Progressive insurance. It is done in the iconic blue and white Progressive color scheme. We did not test the sigh. Flo is not included, sorry.
10.	Additional Description: Large wall mounted corkboard. The board does have some damage as shown in the photos.
11.	Additional Description: Small two drawer filing cabinet. Measures 29X18X18.
12.	Additional Description: Vintage type metal office desk. The desk has a laminate or formica top. It would be great for a workshop or arts and crafts room. Measures 26X37X25.
13.	Additional Description: This office desk is identical to the one in lot 12. As shown in the pictures, it has a shelf like part along the bottom for storage. This piece measures the same as lot 12.
14.	Additional Description: This rolling office chair is in great condition. It appears to be newer and doesn't seem to have been used very much.
15.	Additional Description: This rolling office chair is exactly like the one in lot 14. It is also in very good condition.
16.	Additional Description: Vintage rolling office chair. The chair is in good condition.
17.	Additional Description: Lot includes one paper shredder with basket. The shredder does work. Please note, this is not a cross cut paper shredder, so it is not good for highly sensitive documents.
18.	Additional Description: One metal office desk with formica/laminate top. The desk has five drawers (three on one side, two on the other) and one center drawer. There is no lock. Measures 60X29X30.
19.	Additional Description: This piece is commonly called a typist's desk. It has two drop leaves (one on either side) and would have been used to hold a typewriter and documents. The piece could also be used as a plant or lamp stand. It is in very good condition.
20.	Additional Description: This two piece lot includes a terra cotta thermometer in a dragon fly motif and one wall mounted coat rack with four hooks. Both pieces are in great condition.
21.	Additional Description: This vintage cabinet originally came from a physician's office. It does not include a key for the door on the bottom. The piece is in great shape for being vintage.
22.	Additional Description: This piece also came from a physician's office. We're assuming it was used to hold medical devices/examination tools. The piece is in excellent condition and would be a great addition to any vintage medical collection. This piece is metal with a glass top. Measures 29X28X14.
23.	Additional Description: We believe this brown recliner is faux leather. The piece has one small imperfection on the seat area as shown in the pictures. The reclining mechanism doesn't appear to work properly. Cosmetically, the piece is in very good condition.
24.	Additional Description: This tall wooden cupboard is very narrow. It appears as though it were handmade. The piece has plenty of storage inside and would be great as an additional pantry in a kitchen or for guest towels. Measures 80X13X12.
25.	Additional Description: This old school rolling office chair has plenty fo vintage flair! It would be great in a Mid-Century themed den or office. The chair is in very good condition.
26.	Additional Description: This small two door filing cabinet has a wood grain look, but it is actually metal. The cabinet is in good condition. It does not include keys.
27.	Additional Description: Small, lightweight wooden bookshelf. The piece has four shelves which are not adjustable. It could be repainted or refinished in any manner of ways. Measures 45X36X8.
28.	Additional Description: Metal and upholstery office chair. This chair is keeping with the vintage theme of the other chairs. It is in overall good condition.
29.	Additional Description: Metal and upholstery office chair. This one is upholstered in black. It does have a few cosmetic imperfections, but it could be restored easily.
30.	Additional Description: This office desk is more contemporary. It is in very good condition. Please note, there are no keys for the drawers. Measures 29.5X48X29.
31.	Additional Description: This beautiful wall mirror is vintage. It is in excellent condition with no noted flaking of paint, chips or cracks. Measures 32X27.
32.	Additional Description: Vintage desk lamp. The lamp has a push button and and off switch and a an adjustable gooseneck. The lamp is in fine working order.
33.	Additional Description: Vintage black plastic and metal chair. The chair is lightweight and in very good condition.
34.	Additional Description: Vintage upholstered and metal office chair. This one is done in a red upholstery. The chair is in very good condition and would be great in a vintage inspired home or office.
35.	Additional Description: This piece originally belonged in a physician's office. It has a removable heavy glass top done in black and a functional power outlet on the side. There is a chip in the glass topper as shown in the photos. It is in really great shape minus that one chip. We did plug the unit in and test it and the electricity still works! It would be perfect for a crafter or hobbyist. Or someone who likes old medical cabinets. Measures 27.5X13.5X29.
36.	Additional Description: We're selling this vintage typist's stand and electric typewriter as a set. The typewriter is a Smith Corona The Office 2000 memory typewriter. It does power on, however, we did not type on it. The stand is vintage and probably came from the same physician's office as the cabinet.
37.	Additional Description: Padded rolling office chair. The chair appears to be newer and is in excellent condition.
38.	Additional Description: This 11 piece lot includes various office organization and storage items. Included are one wall mounted folder holder, one cork board, one wire trash basket, one printer and power strip, two paperclip holders, desk top file holder, two plastic desk top in/out bins, and one wall mounted document bin with several "slots."
39.	Additional Description: Heavy glass wall mounted mirror. This mirror appears to be vintage. It is in excellent condition. Measures 24X16.
40.	Additional Description: Vintage metal foot pedal style trash can. This piece was also from a physician's office. It could use a bit of restoring, but it would be great for any office or home office.
41.	Additional Description: Metal and upholstered chair in green. This office chair is vintage. It is in overall good condition.
42.	Additional Description: Older style Whirlpool refrigerator. This fridge would be great for a hunting cabin, garage or man cave.
43.	Additional Description: Galanz brand microwave. This model is not digital. It has a dial set timer. We did test the piece and it is in working condition.
44.	Additional Description: 12 cup coffee maker. We did test it and it does power on. We didn't make a pot of coffee with it, but it appears to be in good working condition.
45.	Additional Description: Older style Black and Decker toaster oven. Though it does have some cosmetic issues, it is in working order. If you need an extra toaster oven for a camp or even craft projects, this one would be perfect.
46.	Additional Description: Lot includes one small slow cooker and one electric skillet. Both were working at the time of the photos.
47.	Additional Description: Lot includes contents of cupboard as shown. This cupboard is mugs and cups.
48.	Additional Description: This two piece lot includes a large bowl and a small decorative blue vase. The bowl is very interesting!
49.	Additional Description: Small box lot of assorted Christmas decorations. Lot includes items shown.
50.	Additional Description: Small lot of Christmas decorations including a small tree with dove and strawberry ornaments, two doorknob sleigh bells and two brass look candle holders.
51.	Additional Description: This six piece lot includes two sets of lights, two floating candles, one set of faux icicles and one Currier and Ives ornament by Corning.
52.	Additional Description: This box lot includes spring/Easter themed items. Included are one basket with plastic Easter eggs, one metal watering can with two small decorative garden implements, and two silk floral arrangements.
53.	Additional Description: One Titan brand electric heater. The piece is in good working order.
54.	Additional Description: One Holmes brand oscillating electric heater. The piece is in good working order.
55.	Additional Description: This lot includes two desk top fans. Both fans are in working condition. One fan is an oscillating model, we tested this feature and it works as well.
56.	Additional Description: One older style KMart brand box fan. The fan is in working condition.
57.	Additional Description: This lot includes two emergency car repair kits. One kit appears to be complete. The other is missing several pieces. Both were promotional premiums from Marlboro.
58.	Additional Description: This piece could be used in an office or a bedroom where additional storage is needed. It has a metal frame and what appear to be heavy paper doors. The piece is in very good condition.
59.	Additional Description: This piece is pretty interesting. It's a moveable ladder similar to those found in libraries. Despite being metal, it is fairly lightweight and easy to move.
60.	Additional Description: Vintage rolling office chair. The chair is in overall good condition.
61.	Additional Description: One wooden and upholstery chair. The upholstery could use a little TLC, but the chair is good and solid.
62.	Additional Description: This old style rolling office chair is metal with black upholstery. It is adjustable, however, one of the knobs which adjusts the headrest is missing.
63.	Additional Description: Lot includes only the wooden painters ladder. The ladder is in good condition. It is sturdy and can hold weight, we used it to access some items while on site.
64.	Additional Description: This rolling metal cart is an older type. It still collapses and folds out with ease. These are great for flea market season!
65.	Additional Description: This large metal shelving unit is actually several units stacked upon one another. Each one could be separated to use as a stand alone unit. These pieces are fairly lightweight.
66.	Additional Description: Older style kitchen table. The table appears to have a laminate top. It also has one drop leaf on each side (two total). This lot also includes two chairs. The chairs are wooden and can use a bit of TLC. Overall, the pieces are sturdy and in good useable condition.
67.	Additional Description: One darker wooden chair. The chair is in great condition and is very solid. If you're the crafty type, this could make a great project!
68.	Additional Description: Dirt Devil Fusion Vacuum. We tested it and it is in working order.
69.	Additional Description: Vintage Greyhound brand briefcase. It is in good condition, however, we do not have a combination. The piece is unlocked.
70.	Additional Description: Assorted lot of office supplies. Lot includes many 3 ring binders, one partial box of manila file folders, one full box of manila file folders, one three hold punch, one paper shredder that fits on a receptacle and one Netgear wireless router. We did not test the router.
71.	Additional Description: Lot includes one Eureka The Boss stick vacuum and one Bissell manual sweeper.
72.	Additional Description: One brass look floor lamp. The lamp is in good working order.
73.	Additional Description: One brass look desk lamp. This lamp actually coordinates nicely with the lamp in the previous lot. It is in working condition.
74.	Additional Description: Box lot of various computer components and parts. We have not tested these items.
75.	Additional Description: Toro brand Power Shovel Plus electric snow shovel. This piece was tested and is in working condition.
76.	Additional Description: Toro 1200 electric snow blower. This unit was in working order when removed from the estate.
77.	Additional Description: Older type Arvin brand heavy duty utility heater. This is an electric heater. It was working at the time of removal from the estate.
78.	Additional Description: Large heavy plastic show shovel. This one has a unique design that pushes the snow to the side. It's in great condition and would be perfect for anyone with back issues. It appears that instead of shoveling/throwing the snow like a traditional shovel, this one pushes the snow out of the way with minimal throwing required.

62.	Additional Description: This old style rolling office chair is metal with black upholstery. It is adjustable, however, one of the knobs which adjusts the headrest is missing.
63.	Additional Description: Lot includes only the wooden painters ladder. The ladder is in good condition. It is sturdy and can hold weight, we used it to access some items while on site.
64.	Additional Description: This rolling metal cart is an older type. It still collapses and folds out with ease. These are great for flea market season!
65.	Additional Description: This large metal shelving unit is actually several units stacked upon one another. Each one could be separated to use as a stand alone unit. These pieces are fairly lightweight.
66.	Additional Description: Older style kitchen table. The table appears to have a laminate top. It also has one drop leaf on each side (two total). This lot also includes two chairs. The chairs are wooden and can use a bit of TLC. Overall, the pieces are sturdy and in good useable condition.

It appears that instead of shoveling/throwing the snow like a traditional shovel, this one pushes the snow out of the way with minimal throwing required.

1.	Additional Description: If you'd like to make a statement in your entryway or, well, anywhere in your home, this is the piece for you! This knight in no so shining armor is made of what we believe is tin. We've seen these pieces in the past as imports from Mexico. This is a decorative piece, so don't get any ideas about dressing up in the armor, you won't be able to. The knight is in great condition. He stands just over 5 feet tall. Though not heavy, we do recommend moving these with care.
2.	Additional Description: This lovely table could be used as a plant stand or a mail table. We believe it is vintage. The piece is in very good condition and really doesn't need much TLC, perhaps a bit of refinishing or a light coat of varnish if you plan on using it for plants. Measures 27X18X10.
3.	Additional Description: This lovely 4 shelf book shelf may have been handmade. It is in excellent condition and could be used in just about any room. Measures 36X19X10.
4.	Additional Description: Vintage solid wood ladder back chair. The chair is in excellent condition. If you're the crafty type, you could do many things with this adorable chair. Or you could use it as a chair, but where's the fun in that? Measures 34X17X15.
5.	Additional Description: This small chair could do with a bit of TLC. The chair is certainly made for a child, or a very tiny adult or maybe a Hobbit, they like to sit too. It could be refinished or painted to match any decor.
6.	Additional Description: This metal cubby could be useful in just about any office setting. It has divided slots which would make it perfect for individual mail slots. Though the piece is sitting on the floor, it is lightweight enough to sit on a sturdy table so that the bottom cubbies are accessible without bending. Measures 36X38X15.5.
7.	Additional Description: This large promotional/advertising sign came from SafeCo Insurance Company. As you can see, it has the business name of the previous broker on it. We do believe the piece needs new lightbulbs.
8.	Additional Description: This large sign is also from SafeCo. It features a clock and the former broker's information. The piece is untested.
9.	Additional Description: This sign is from Progressive insurance. It is done in the iconic blue and white Progressive color scheme. We did not test the sigh. Flo is not included, sorry.
10.	Additional Description: Large wall mounted corkboard. The board does have some damage as shown in the photos.
11.	Additional Description: Small two drawer filing cabinet. Measures 29X18X18.
12.	Additional Description: Vintage type metal office desk. The desk has a laminate or formica top. It would be great for a workshop or arts and crafts room. Measures 26X37X25.
13.	Additional Description: This office desk is identical to the one in lot 12. As shown in the pictures, it has a shelf like part along the bottom for storage. This piece measures the same as lot 12.
14.	Additional Description: This rolling office chair is in great condition. It appears to be newer and doesn't seem to have been used very much.
15.	Additional Description: This rolling office chair is exactly like the one in lot 14. It is also in very good condition.
16.	Additional Description: Vintage rolling office chair. The chair is in good condition.
17.	Additional Description: Lot includes one paper shredder with basket. The shredder does work. Please note, this is not a cross cut paper shredder, so it is not good for highly sensitive documents.
18.	Additional Description: One metal office desk with formica/laminate top. The desk has five drawers (three on one side, two on the other) and one center drawer. There is no lock. Measures 60X29X30.
19.	Additional Description: This piece is commonly called a typist's desk. It has two drop leaves (one on either side) and would have been used to hold a typewriter and documents. The piece could also be used as a plant or lamp stand. It is in very good condition.
20.	Additional Description: This two piece lot includes a terra cotta thermometer in a dragon fly motif and one wall mounted coat rack with four hooks. Both pieces are in great condition.
21.	Additional Description: This vintage cabinet originally came from a physician's office. It does not include a key for the door on the bottom. The piece is in great shape for being vintage.
22.	Additional Description: This piece also came from a physician's office. We're assuming it was used to hold medical devices/examination tools. The piece is in excellent condition and would be a great addition to any vintage medical collection. This piece is metal with a glass top. Measures 29X28X14.
23.	Additional Description: We believe this brown recliner is faux leather. The piece has one small imperfection on the seat area as shown in the pictures. The reclining mechanism doesn't appear to work properly. Cosmetically, the piece is in very good condition.
24.	Additional Description: This tall wooden cupboard is very narrow. It appears as though it were handmade. The piece has plenty of storage inside and would be great as an additional pantry in a kitchen or for guest towels. Measures 80X13X12.
25.	Additional Description: This old school rolling office chair has plenty fo vintage flair! It would be great in a Mid-Century themed den or office. The chair is in very good condition.
26.	Additional Description: This small two door filing cabinet has a wood grain look, but it is actually metal. The cabinet is in good condition. It does not include keys.
27.	Additional Description: Small, lightweight wooden bookshelf. The piece has four shelves which are not adjustable. It could be repainted or refinished in any manner of ways. Measures 45X36X8.
28.	Additional Description: Metal and upholstery office chair. This chair is keeping with the vintage theme of the other chairs. It is in overall good condition.
29.	Additional Description: Metal and upholstery office chair. This one is upholstered in black. It does have a few cosmetic imperfections, but it could be restored easily.
30.	Additional Description: This office desk is more contemporary. It is in very good condition. Please note, there are no keys for the drawers. Measures 29.5X48X29.
31.	Additional Description: This beautiful wall mirror is vintage. It is in excellent condition with no noted flaking of paint, chips or cracks. Measures 32X27.
32.	Additional Description: Vintage desk lamp. The lamp has a push button and and off switch and a an adjustable gooseneck. The lamp is in fine working order.
33.	Additional Description: Vintage black plastic and metal chair. The chair is lightweight and in very good condition.

35.	Additional Description: This piece originally belonged in a physician's office. It has a removable heavy glass top done in black and a functional power outlet on the side. There is a chip in the glass topper as shown in the photos. It is in really great shape minus that one chip. We did plug the unit in and test it and the electricity still works! It would be perfect for a crafter or hobbyist. Or someone who likes old medical cabinets. Measures 27.5X13.5X29.
36.	Additional Description: We're selling this vintage typist's stand and electric typewriter as a set. The typewriter is a Smith Corona The Office 2000 memory typewriter. It does power on, however, we did not type on it. The stand is vintage and probably came from the same physician's office as the cabinet.
