HOA rules would not allows us to do an onsite sale at this exclusive gated community so we are auctioning the entire estate starting at a fraction of what the items are worth. BID NOW don't miss out. auction if a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of time it will extend
the auction by 5 minutes. There will be a preview Saturday March 3rd.
from 9:00 to 11:00am and the warehouse will be open again at 10:00am
Sunday March 4th for previews as well. Items will be available for pick
up on Sunday March 4th from close of auction until 5:00pm and again on
Tuesday March 6th from 3:00 to 6:00pm. These are the only pick up times
avaiable, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other
arrangements are made.

All of our items are sold "As Is".  There are no written or implied guaranties.  All of our items are sold "Where is".  The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale.  It will be the bidders’ responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase.  All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item at the bidders'

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent, and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given. 

If you require shipping, please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

Your bid constitutes acceptance of the terms, you are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items in the stated times.

Items not paid for by the stated dates will be forfeit, non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding on all future auctions. Items will be relisted or sold at auctioneer’s discretion.
