This Sale is being held in a an old house, which is a combined shop and residence. The house has a full staircase inside. Outside access is available. Parking on the streets. Owner, proprietor, and Sale provider are not responsible or liable in any way for old house conditions, falls, accidents, injuries, etc. Bring help for loading. All sales final. Cash/Credit (no checks) Sale is on for rain/snow?/shine!
