A sign up sheet will be posted at 8:00am on Friday morning ONLY and we will open at 9:00am SHARP. My sign up sheet is the only one I will be using. You must be in line to put your name and only your name on the sign up sheet. No sign up sheet will be used on Saturday. Pricing will not be quoted over the phone, text or via email. Please make sure not to disturb the neighbors and form a line on the sidewalk. CREDIT CARD MINIMUM IS $25.00. All Sales are Final, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Welcome to another great Grasons Select by Kendra estate sale! This is a lovely little house with plenty of goodies for you to purchase at the lowest prices you'll find anywhere ever! Very nice wicker furniture is in a lot of the rooms of this house including a full wicker vanity set. We also have a great collection of patio furniture in the backyard as well as a collection of succulents in beautiful pots. In the garage is a large collection of Christmas and holiday items, a collection of tools, washer and dryer, some vintage toys and much more! We are also selling the beautiful hanging lamps inside this house including a very old and very beautiful pink and white metal stairway lamp. There is also a collection of women's clothing and shoes, office supplies, lots of different costumes, barware, decorative plates and bells, beautiful vintage wooden furniture including an old china cabinet, wonderful dining room table chairs, a few couches and armchairs and so much more!
