Expect to find high quality furnishing such as eight beautiful Regency Hickory House leather and cloth dining chairs and a magnificent Regency House Dining Table. There is also a gorgeous custom Cherry buffet cabinet. Look on the walls in the dining room and you will see some beautiful artwork including Painting of a Desert scene attributed to and signed by Zian Leung. There are some terrific pieces from wine country as well, such as a pair of metal wall hangings with white and red grapes. There are also wood wine boxes from Merryvale and Chateau Montelena Winery’s. Continue your journey through house and you will find an incredible large painting of a Mediterranean Poppy Field. There are nice décor pieces throughout, including leather and metal framed mirror, a decorative framed glass bathtub picture, tall candlesticks, and a R. Guity signed lithograph of Venice. In the living room there is a nice round dark wood table, two incredible drum tables, a leather couch with decorative wood trim, a hand painted four drawer chest, and a dark wood Hooker Furniture console with glass doors. On the wall above is a Samsung 48” Smart TV. There is also a lot of décor such as a decorative metal picture stand holding a beautiful framed painting of an ocean scene. There is a terrific decorative metal and glass floor lamp, which lights up an Orrefors crystal bear. Again there are numerous tall candlesticks, lithographs, art glass vases, pottery, baskets and a very nice decorative iron fireplace screen.

Venture toward the kitchen and you will see a pair of copper, leather and wood bar chairs, and a whole host of wall décor and kitchen related items. Pass through the doors into a large entertainment room and there is a large gray ribbed velvet settee. There is also a large leather topped desk by Hooker Furniture with a collection of nice kaleidoscopes. You will also find a large frosted art glass pot, a set of three decorative copper lanterns; a red and silver table lamp with black shade, two leather topped wood stools. In the center of the room is a regulation size custom Connelly Billiards pool table with Mother of Pearl inlay. You will also find two Bernhardt hand tooled leather chairs. A hammered copper circular table sits between them. There are tall rustic scrolled wood and iron decorative panels and a metal and wood Mariachi Dancer painting on the wall. There are also two wood chicken and cow crests, which would look great on any wall. There is another gorgeous leather chair from Robb and Stucky and of course an incredible vintage pinball machine, Captain Fantastic by Bally. There is so much more in here from Dufferin pool cues, to a Brookstone Ipod dock and speaker, Super Aramith Pro Belgian Pool Balls, decorative throws, a and an large beautiful Monaco wool floor rug beneath the pool table.

Throughout the house you will find terrific items and in the master bedroom there is a magnificent king size wood and leather back sleigh bed from Robb and Stucky. Here you will also find a large ornate 6’x8’ wall mirror and a rustic hand carved console cabinet with shelves. Another  LG 42” smart TV sits atop along with nice table lamps and décor. There are two oversized brown tweed gentleman’s chairs, an oversized tweed ottoman, and two attractive metal table lamps with suede shades. These lamps sit atop a pair of Stanley Furniture three drawer nightstands. Also to be seen are some very nice drapes and blackout curtains, rustic decorative drapery rods and a nice iron towel/blanket stand with Amber accents.

In the office there is a Chris Madden for Home granite topped cabinet, a framed lithograph of the Coliseum, a large rustic Tuscan bookcase and a beautiful Hancock and Moore leather chair and ottoman. You will also find several nice cameras, including a Canon Rebel T4i, a Canon EOS Rebel 35mm film camera and a Nikon DSLR. Here you will also find another Chris Madden Granite topped cabinet, an original oil painting by Carol Brane with COA, and a terrific leather topped desk by Heckman. At the front of the desk is spectacular leather rolling office chair. There is so much more to be seen here, including a HP Office Jet Pro 8720 printer, Mac computer, gold trimmed circular wall mirror, and a whole lot of nice décor.

Throughout the house you will also find magnificent finds, including kitchen items, such as three vegetable giclee prints, an amber and brown art glass vase, an elite platinum roasting pan, set of four Fleur de Lis Iron wall hooks, Longaberger wine cooler basket, lucite table lamps, black and gold table lamps, Italian wine chilling canister and a carved wooden bowl. You will even find three hand carved Folk art wooden birds.

On the patio you will find nice furniture including a series of wrought iron arm chairs with orange cushions around an incredible tile topped table. There are also smaller round iron and tile topped tables, chairs, couches and lounge chairs. There is a really nice granite topped gas fire pit table and a large burgundy umbrella with a large square base stand. The planters you will find are nice granite urn planters and some pots with succulents. This backyard is amazing with a large set of chess pieces, which can be filled to various weights.

In other rooms in the house you will find single mattresses with upholstered headboards, a rustic wood desk, a Pure Therapy head massager, and some like-new Harley Davidson boots and jackets.
